About the project: Kelley Blue Book, headquartered in Irvine, California, is the United States' largest automotive vehicle valuation company. The company's website is a source for new and used vehicle pricing and information The Company has become so identified with its services that the trademarked terms blue book and blue book value have become synonymous with a car's market value.
The objective of the project was the development of www.Karpower.com by adding new features and functionalities to the application, which is an inventory for Car dealers across US to value, market and manage their vehicles. We implemented the “New Car valuation” feature which helps car dealers to value and store brand new car data. This included saving and editing of vehicle data using Ajax, generation of reports using Active PDF library, creation of stored procedures in SQL Server2005 etc.
The team was awarded “Best Team” award by Neudesic.
The project followed Agile Scrum development methodology.
Responsibilities:
• Onsite co-ordination with the client team in California
• Responsible for leading the entire project technically and helping team members.
• Acted as a lead developer in finishing the tasks on time, meeting deadlines.
• Responsible for interacting with Onshore Business Analysts and Tech team on daily scrum calls.

Role: I had the responsibility of developing unit tests in the project. Also did code quality and coding standards review of the project.
3.WAKM (Wireless Applications Knowledge Management)

Project: Maintenance and development of 30+ key web applications in ASP.NET and to provide support for the client in application development.
The applications provided full support for time sheet management, client communication, HR activities, AD user management and knowledge transition between the client and Accenture.
Role: As a senior developer, I had the responsibility to design and develop new applications and provide support for existing applications. I was the point of contact for resolution of ASP.NET/IIS related issues for the project’s server management team.
Project 2: Webservice development for conversion of html phone bills to PDF. Previously the customers were only able to see their phone bills from the client’s website. The requirement was to convert the generated html to PDF using easyPDF converter and store them in the server so that customers can save their phone bills without time delay.
Role: I had the sole responsibility to develop the POC for the project. Doing R&D on easyPDF converter DLL and exposing the functionalities through a webservice, possibility of storing the html bill components on different servers were the tasks. In a later stage, I was involved in the low level design and development of the project.
4. ASP.NET portal development for one of the leading Telecommunications provider in US.

Role: As a developer I was involved in the design and development of a resource tracker portal for the client. The portal helped the client to automate employee details tracking, hardware inventory management, employee visa tracking and employee training management.
I was responsible for uploading the portal on the production server which is live on the internet and to configure IIS6 for security and performance. I was also in charge of maintaining the application hosted on the internet.
4. .NET Application development in the field of Health Insurance
Client: A multi billion dollar health insurance provider based out of US.

Role: As a developer I was responsible for developing .NET applications both in WinForms and ASP.NET.
